CirculAR
Augmented Reality (AR) Visualisation Tool
CirculAR is an augmented reality (AR) application designed to promote biodiversity conservation and public engagement. Through an interactive experience, users can explore immersive content, such as biodiversity observations, restoration scenarios, and ecosystem models. By overlaying digital media like 3D models, images, and informative text onto real-world locations, CirculAR brings hidden ecological insights to life.
The app is tailored to address diverse user groups, including policymakers, researchers, educators, and the general public. Its intuitive interface encourages exploration and learning while fostering a deeper understanding of environmental challenges and conservation efforts. CirculAR enables users to biodiversity information related to their area, identify plant and bird species, and engage in gamified experiences with quizzes and interactive feedback forms. These features empower users to make informed decisions and actively participate in biodiversity conservation efforts. By leveraging advanced technologies, CirculAR bridges the gap between scientific data and public awareness, supporting collaborative learning and decision-making in biodiversity conservation and ecosystem management.
